Description

1. Processed from custom-engineered sheet materials, the material exhibits a modulus of elasticity comparable to steel. Its high-strength properties enable a more streamlined product structure, while optimized design achieves a lighter overall weight.

2. Composite products demonstrate excellent anti-aging properties. Aging resistance tests show that the surface aging thickness remains below 50μm over 20 years, while molded products have a service life of at least 30 years.
3. The panel's bottom ribs feature a rational layout with no dead corners, ensuring easier cleaning. The seamless design eliminates small holes or gaps, resisting dirt accumulation, and its non-absorbent, bacteria-resistant smooth surface simplifies maintenance.
4. The material exhibits excellent resistance to corrosion from acid, dilute alkali, salt, organic solvents, and seawater.
5. The material has been tested by national authoritative institutions as a Class B non-combustible material. It maintains its physical properties in high-temperature environments, with an operational temperature range of -60°C to 150°C and a heat distortion temperature exceeding 280°C. Additionally, its low thermal conductivity and small coefficient of expansion result in significantly lower thermal stress than metals under temperature differences, while also providing excellent thermal insulation performance.
