Description
The stainless steel piglet feeder trough is a dedicated device for piglets on farrowing crates during their transitional feeding period. It is specifically designed to help piglets adapt from suckling milk to eating feed, facilitating a smooth weaning process during the nursery phase.
The product is available in two sizes: one with an approximate diameter of 25cm and depth of 6.5cm (weighing about 700g per unit, with 4 feeding positions), and the other with an approximate diameter of 28cm and depth of 7cm (weighing about 1000g per unit, with 5 feeding positions). For materials, 201 or 304 stainless steel is optional, and customized production is supported based on customer needs. Crafted entirely from stainless steel, it is lighter in weight yet stronger compared to ordinary plastic or iron feeder troughs, boasting durability and a long service life.
Its design balances practicality and convenience: Equipped with hooks at the bottom, it can be directly hung on the plastic floor of farrowing crates (matching the plastic floor design of piglet activity areas on farrowing crates, which prevents piglets from catching cold and having diarrhea), avoiding feed waste caused by piglets knocking over the trough during feeding. The partitioned feeding positions in the middle can separate piglets and reduce food competition. Additionally, after being fixed on the farrowing crate, drugs or other feeds can be added at any time. With reasonable dimensions and easy operation, it provides an efficient solution for piglet feeding management.
