Description

WQXM provides a reliable and efficient automatic chicken feeder system designed to optimize poultry feeding. The system primarily consists of a feed tower, feed pans, conveying pipes, auger, motor, material level sensor, and other essential components. The poultry feed lines are arranged in rows and typically placed at intervals from the drinking lines to ensure organized feeding. According to the length of the chicken house, multiple feed outlets are evenly distributed along the feed line, each equipped with a feeding pan. Each pan is divided into 14–16 grids, capable of feeding 40–70 chickens simultaneously, ensuring a balanced diet for all birds.

The system operates by driving a screw auger through a motorized transmission shaft, which evenly delivers feed to each pan along the line. A material level sensor at the end of the line automatically controls the start and stop of the feed system. This intelligent design automates and streamlines the feeding process, significantly reducing labor costs and feeding time, while preventing the growth inconsistencies caused by uneven manual feeding.
