Wanqing Animal Husbandry Fosters Team Unity at Annual Event

On November 15th, 2025, the big family of Wanqing Animal Husbandry gathered for the annual team building event under the inspiring slogan "Unite Team Strengths, Showcase Partner Charm". This meaningful gathering, carefully organized by the company, not only brought all colleagues together for joy and interaction but also sowed the seeds of deeper collaboration for future work.​

From the moment the activities kicked off, every participant threw themselves into the games with immense enthusiasm and proactive attitudes. Leveraging their unique individual strengths with flexibility and creativity, the team embarked on a remarkable journey of growth. In the initial stages, there were moments when coordinating efforts to complete tasks collectively seemed challenging, as different ideas and working styles took time to align. However, as the games progressed, a remarkable transformation unfolded: the once scattered efforts gradually merged into a cohesive force, and the initial awkwardness gave way to seamless teamwork.​

What made this team building even more valuable was the opportunity it created for cross-departmental connection. Prior to the event, many colleagues from different departments had little chance to interact beyond formal work matters, leading to unfamiliarity. Yet, amid the laughter and friendly competition, barriers dissolved naturally. Colleagues engaged in open and positive conversations, sharing not only game strategies but also personal insights and work experiences. These genuine interactions fostered mutual understanding and camaraderie, turning acquaintances into trusted partners.​

When colleagues return to their respective positions, the familiarity and trust established during this team building will enable them to communicate more effectively, support each other proactively, and work together seamlessly towards the company’s common goals.​
